Hey everyone! Its been a while since I’ve done an update on growing this lil’ boy, so I figured it was about time! The people who tell you of the discomforts of the third trimester? They weren’t lyin’!
This week, I hit week 33 of my pregnancy, I am in my eighth month, and only have 7 weeks left give or take! Its wild to think in a little under 2 months we will have an actual baby, which is amazing and scary all at once.
I have been rather small in the belly throughout this pregnancy, but these last few weeks I’ve definitely done a LOT of growing. I keep lathering up in all the oils and butters so my skin keeps stretching nicely (No stretch marks yet and praying for a miracle that they don’t come). I have had some struggles with sciatic pain for the past few months as well as other anticipated back pain as my center of gravity has changed and transformed, so I decided to seek out a chiropractor to get myself in order, ITS SO GOOD you guys! I so highly recommend chiropractic to anybody, but especially for pregnancy. After my first adjustment I did not have ANY burning butt cheek syndrome!
Ive been preparing for my impending baby shower while my husband is off on a disc golf trip to Arizona with his best friend, and trying to anticipate what I will still need to purchase in the next few weeks! Does anyone have any suggestions of what I absolutely need for the first months of having a newborn? Must haves for a hospital bag? I would seriously love any advice i can get.
I had my best friend take some maternity photos for me which was amazing and I could not be happier with them! Helpful tip: have a photographer as a bestie. Its fabulous. Sneak Peek:
Other than that, I am busy nesting and getting ready for the spring semester! Its a little scary still taking classes ( all online) with an impending baby, but I feel like I can rock this. Any student mama’s out there have any advice for juggling the two?
I am excited to jump into these next few weeks, Ill be back with another update soon as well as other fun content, so stay tuned for that and look out for some upcoming first-time ever vlogging!
